This past week gave us a rare window to pause, reflect, and recalibrate the kind of rhythm that allows us to think clearly about what we’re building and why it matters.

Amidst the usual hum of product, support, and scale, two stories stood out: Lovable and Cursor, both born from first-principles thinking, both scaling with urgency, and both asking the same question in different ways: what does ownership look like in infrastructure today? Where Lovable is chasing product-market-speed (and arguably redefining it), Cursor is quietly reshaping how we think about internal visibility and developer truth.
